- Expungement petitions: begin with the court authorized by Missouri Revised Statutes §610.140; ask the Washington County Circuit Clerk about current local filing requirements.
- Police or incident reports: contact the sheriff, police department, or Missouri State Highway Patrol unit that created the report.
