NO FCRA USE. Washington County Criminal History is privately operated and has no government affiliation. The site and its advertising partners do not offer a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or other decisions regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This is a reference resource for Washington County, Missouri records, not a private-investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This private reference site operates independently of every government office. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or files documents for a visitor.

The content identifies the Washington County Sheriff, Circuit Court, Missouri State Highway Patrol Central Repository, Missouri Sex Offender Registry, and other official custodians. It may also connect visitors to independent search services.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Missouri registry information is provided for public-safety awareness. Missouri Revised Statutes §589.425 and related law can apply to criminal conduct involving registry information. Vigilante acts and misuse against a listed person are prohibited.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create credit reports, background checks, or consumer reports. Neither this website nor its advertising partners supplies a service designed for an FCRA-regulated decision. A visitor agrees not to use site or linked-tool information to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

Any legally required consumer report must come from an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider. Missouri's official criminal-history repository is maintained by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Criminal Justice Information Services Division.
